Born in Los Angeles, Dr. Jeffrey Roth moved with his family to Las Vegas in 1977. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Brandeis University. He received his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine. Dr. Roth completed his General Surgery residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, and his Plastic Surgery residency, at the University of California, San Francisco. He served as Chief Resident in both programs. Dr. Roth furthered his training with a fellowship in microsurgery and hand surgery at the University of Southern California. He returned to Las Vegas in 2003 and established his practice, Las Vegas Plastic Surgery, Inc.

He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery, and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is also an Overseas Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.

Dr. Roth has also committed himself to his community, and finds the time to be involved in numerous medical, charitable, and educational activities. He has served as the President of the Clark County Medical Society. He currently serves as the Secretary of the Nevada State Medical Association.

He serves on multiple committees and currently serves as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Southern Hills Hospital. The book that Dr. Roth co-authored, The Essential Burn Unit Handbook, is currently in its second edition, and has been translated into multiple languages. The last few years, Dr. Roth has become actively involved in the professional boxing world, and has been called upon to repair the wounds of several world champions, on three continents.

Family plays a large role in his life. Dr. Roth enjoys spending time with his wife, Dena duBoef-Roth, and with their daughter.
